We build ESG systems that
hold up under scrutiny
ESG is now tied to enterprise value, capital access, and regulatory risk. Most organisations still treat it as a reporting exercise. That is where it fails.
Data cannot be traced. Assumptions are unclear. Finance cannot validate the numbers. Disclosures do not hold under investor or audit scrutiny. ESG is reported. It is not trusted.
CorpStage exists to close that gap by combining deep ESG expertise, financial discipline, and CorpStage 360 to build structured, governed, and audit-ready ESG operating models.

A checklist is not a strategy
CorpStage was founded after observing a pattern that repeats across industries and geographies. Organisations that appear compliant, that file reports and hit targets, but that collapse under the first serious scrutiny. Investor due diligence. A lender credit review. An external assurance engagement.
The issue was never intention. It was architecture. ESG data was fragmented, methodologies were undocumented, controls were absent, and outputs could not be reconciled with anything in the finance system.
The founding question was simple: what would it take to build ESG systems that actually hold up? CorpStage 360 is the answer we built.
ESG is a systems problem, not a reporting problem
Most ESG engagements produce a report. CorpStage produces an operating model. A report answers today’s questions. An operating model answers next year’s due diligence, the lender’s data request, the auditor’s evidence requirement, and the board’s question about what actually changed.
ESG Data Architecture
Structured ESG data environments across entities, facilities, operations, and value chains. Source-to-disclosure data lineage. Integration with ERP, finance, and operational systems.
Methodology and Measurement
How ESG metrics are calculated, estimated, governed, and documented. Metric definitions aligned to ISSB, CSRD, GRI, and TCFD. Documented calculation logic and assumptions with boundary consistency.
Governance, Controls, and Assurance Readiness
Approval workflows, accountability structures, evidence management, and audit trails. Alignment with COSO and emerging assurance expectations. This is what makes ESG data defensible, not just reportable.
Decision and Output Layer
Investor-grade ISSB and CSRD disclosures. Lender-ready ESG data for financing. Buyer and supply chain compliance documentation. Board reporting and management dashboards.
Built at the intersection of finance, governance, and technology
CorpStage is led by professionals who understand that credible ESG requires more than disclosures. It requires systems, controls, evidence, financial discipline, and technology that can execute at scale.
Dr. Nisha Kohli brings over two decades of experience across finance, governance, and corporate strategy. She is a Chartered Accountant, holds a PhD in Corporate Governance, and is a CFA Level III candidate. Her perspective was shaped through research into corporate failures where organisations appeared compliant but lacked the structural resilience to withstand real-world stress. That research led to a conviction: a checklist is not a strategy. Prior to founding CorpStage, she spent over 25 years working with boards, executive teams, and finance functions across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Europe. She teaches on the AIT School of Management Professional Masters in ESG programme (SM97.03) and lectures on the Singapore CA Qualification Integrative Business Solutions programme.
LinkedInAshit Padhi brings over 28 years of global technology leadership, including large-scale enterprise systems across complex environments. At CorpStage, he leads the architectural vision behind CorpStage 360. His focus is on structured data pipelines, governance workflows, and human-in-the-loop AI. The goal is ESG systems that are scalable, transparent, and audit-ready without sacrificing the human judgement that credible governance requires.
