CorpStage is led by Dr. Nisha Kohli, a global expert in ESG transformation, responsible business strategy and sustainable finance. With a background spanning two decades in corporate consulting, financial leadership and sustainability innovation, she brings a unique ability to connect ESG strategy to business value, risk and execution.
Dr. Kohli has advised multinational corporations, financial institutions, listed entities and high-growth enterprises across APAC, Europe and the Middle East on ESG strategy, decarbonisation, supply chain sustainability and regulatory reporting readiness. She is a strong advocate of evidence-based sustainability—an approach that demands governance, traceability and audit integrity across ESG disclosures.
Her work integrates the disciplines of enterprise risk management (ISO 31000), ESG data governance, climate strategy, sustainable finance, and ESG-linked performance transformation. She has contributed to sustainability research initiatives and executive education, and has been a strong voice in closing ESG capability gaps across emerging and developed markets through industry collaboration and education.
